Titans’ running back LenDale White will be looking to shake the Land-Whale tag this season.  He has reported back to his team with a 20lb weight loss.

LenDale enters the last year of his contract this year and it looks like he doesn’t want weight of conditioning to be a factor in any contract talks.

White is a great player to watch, but many feel he was not playing to his full potential.  Dropping 20lbs will be sure to improve his speed and endurance and I feel we can expect some great moments from him this year.

Talking of great moments, this has to be his highlight of 2008. Run fat boy run!
