First Look 2010… NFC East
May 20th
I did pretty badly with this last year, predicting that the Giants and Eagles would go into the post-season as winners and wildcard respectively. In the end, the Cowboys surprised and the Giants disappointed to swap places from my predictions. Unfortunately the ‘Skins did no better than I thought they would and were propping up the division.
Let’s see what’s happening for 2010…
Andrew’s Redskins Review – Week 3
Sep 28th
Strangely enough, I don’t feel as bad about the 19-14 loss to the Detroit Lions as I did about the 9-7 win against the Rams last week. This wasn’t, after all, the 0-16 Lions. It was the 0-2 Lions, who are barely recognisable in any way from the record setting 2008 variety. Likewise, we’re not the 6-2 Washington Redskins who opened up 2008 so strongly.
So it’s all the same complaints on the offense as last week: bad calls, no running game, Jason Campbell still looking like a deer in the headlights. However, we can compound the offensive problems with some defensive ones too: 99 yard drive for a touchdown? Check. Below average 3rd down performance? Check. This was shocking.
Needless to say, I struggled to find three things I liked this week.
Second Look… NFC East

It’s pretty quiet from all quarters, so not a huge amount of news since my First Look. But let’s see if there’s anything happening that’s worth re-evaluating our position at all.
Cowboys are “Heavier than metal”

Something a little different today…
Dallas Linemen Marc Colombo (vocals), Cory Procter (drums) and Leonard Davis (bass) are 3 of the 4-strong heavy metal band Free Reign who have now been signed to label Riot Entertainment and will have their debut album out later this year. Guitarist Justin Chapman sees out the lineup.
Eagles Receivers… also some Kendra
Jun 16th
So Hank Baskett (which is a great name, by the way) and Kendra Wilkinson are due to get married in just two weeks’ time. I think we can all agree this is a happy time for the pair.

The lovely Kendra Wilkinson

Kendra likes to drive them balls...
It’s unlikely that losing either one will make a huge difference to my predictions but personally I’d like to see the Eagles with as few weapons as possible. It has been pointed out that Hank would be a cheaper option than Reggie… if that becomes a factor.
But, I hear you say, surely this article is a thinly-veiled premise to post Kendra pics… well, maybe.

So the first thing to say is that it’s way to early to make any sort of accurate predictions. Way, way, way too early. Most of the players are at home, or working out in small groups. The rookies are starting minicamps and there are plenty of factors that will come into play before the pre-season, let alone the regular season.
However, there are odds posted and it’s worth getting our thoughts together at this stage, so let’s check them out!
